APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear Clients,

 

We have had to make the decision to put a cancellation policy in place, this is due to the number of last-minute cancelations we are receiving on the day of appointments or the day before.

 

We are now kindly asking for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, please understand that the average appointment time for a colour & Cut service is 2 hours when you miss/ cancel an appointment at the last minute we miss the opportunity to re fill that appointment slot.

Which also means loss of earnings to the salon & stylist providing your service.

 

Any Cancellations that are made with less than 48 hours’ notice Will be required to pay 50% of the service booked.

 

All fees must be paid before a new booking is made.

 

Any Recurring last-minute cancellations/ No shows will be also required to pay a deposit to book future appointments.

In case of emergencies considerations will be given at the discretion of the stylist.

On the days the salon is closed emails/ Voicemails on the salon phone will count as a cancellation & will be picked up when the salon is re-open.
